Masterplan and multi-phased development over 10 years of a huge warehouse in North London to create 20,000m2 of academic accommodation including workshops, laboratories, teaching rooms, lecture theatres, library, meeting rooms, restaurant, bar, studios, and offices. Charles Thomson was project leader at Rock Townsend throughout the construction phase; Rivington Street Studio continued to carry out strategic and detailed work from 1998 onwards.
