The project provides approximately 3,330m2 of accommodation at CoNEL’s Tottenham Campus including a new main entrance, front of house facilities, refectory, and a Learning Resource Centre. The brief was developed in parallel with a strategic plan for the rationalisation of the College’s entire accommodation across four sites.
