The evolution of a strategy for the development of several important linked sites. A variety of options have been considered and tested through discussions with the planners, CABE and prospective users. A mixed use scheme incorporating retail, commercial, private residential and social housing apartments linked to a new public open space. Site sold on and project now on site with Design and Build Contractor.
