The new 5,300m2 Brunel Library sits in the geographical and social heart of the Uxbridge Campus. It provides a cafe, a one stop shop for student services, a cash office, an assisted technology centre, teaching rooms as well as traditional library facilities.
Crisp detailing and contrasting materials provide a taut external facade with deep reveals. Careful handling of a fair faced in-situ concrete frame has resulted in a smoothly finished and sculpted soffit.
