Hoxton Square Apartments

These three high specification live/work units were created by a roof top extension to a pair of Victorian buildings in London’s Hoxton Square. A shaftless lift and glazed landing structure were added to communal areas. The ground floor commercial units were also extended into the building’s courtyard.

The roof top extensions are lightweight timber structures clad in zinc and are set in from the existing brick perimeter in order to minimise their impact on the square.
