The project is our response to reworking a previously consented scheme for new affordable council homes at the underutilised rear of an existing 1970s estate. We have maximised the development potential, improved the modular efficiency of the layouts (as well as simplifying split level access to the homes) and enhanced fire safety across the whole scheme.
All of the 37 new homes benefit from generous sizing, dual aspect, air source heat pump heating and cooling and Juliet balconies. All four blocks have a traditional concrete base clad in brick with Kalzip cladding and a pitch roof skirt.
