The Clarence Centre for Enterprise and Innovation at London South Bank University was highly commended at the AJ Retrofit Awards last week. The awards celebrate design, engineering and construction excellence that prolongs the active life of buildings and infrastructure. As one of 18 winning and commended schemes, the judges commented ‘that the work carried out on this entrepreneurs’ university was innovative and ambitious’.
