Our Reserved Matters planning application for a new community primary school in Spencers Wood has been unanimously approved by Wokingham Borough Council’s planning committee.
The new net zero carbon school is located at the eastern edge of a new 900 home masterplan in Spencers Wood, just south of Reading. It will provide new nursery and school places for local children and has a SEND resource provision.
This has been an amazing project to work on with Oliver Gill and David Smith at Wokingham alongside consultants ME Landscape Studio and Jomas.
