Royal Veterinary College. Hobday Building

The aim of this project was to enhance and augment the teaching, learning, social, study, research and support office space at the RVC’s Camden campus following expansion of student numbers as well as addressing failings with the existing Hobday building.

The project involved remodelling, refurbishment and extensions with construction work spread across 24 different project zones and over 5 floors of the densely occupied building. The scope varied from simple room upgrades to full remodelling and new build extensions. Spaces provided include new lecture rooms, library, offices, research labs, common rooms, dining space and social learning spaces.

"RSS’s design and technical expertise was outstanding in every respect, but what really marked them out was their willingness to take time to engage and communicate at every stage"
